E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are redeemable online only at billabong.com and cannot be used at any physical billabong retail stores.

 

E-Gift Cards can be ordered in any whole dollar amount between $5 and $500 and may be sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The E-Gift Card contains a purchasing code and PIN number and are typically activated within 24 hours of receiving the email.

After you purchase an E-Gift Card

 

  • We will send the recipient an email with all of the information needed to use the E-Gift Card at billabong.com.
  • A confirmation email will also be sent to the purchaser.

 

Redeeming an E-Gift Card

 

  • Shop billabong.com and select items you wish to purchase. Please note that E-Gift Cards are not redeemable in billabong physical store locations.
  • When you're ready to checkout, click "Cart” and proceed through our Secure Checkout.
  • Enter your E-Gift Card Code (codes are case sensitive) and PIN number on the Payment page and click "Apply."

 

Rules and Regulations for E-Gift Cards

 

  • You cannot purchase an E-Gift Card with another E-Gift Card.
  • E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen E-Gift Cards.
  • No sales tax is charged when buying E-Gift Cards; however, items purchased with E-Gift Cards will be charged applicable sales tax if shipped to the states indicated here.
